Integrated Services Approach

The main issue that clients face is the need to produce cost effective and compliant designs.  At the same time it is necessary to be able to provide the correct technical information and certification to take projects from inception to successful conclusion and handover.

The regulatory process changes approximately every 3 to 4 years and a consequence of this is being able to provide accurate information in line with these changes.  BDME believes that the most cost effective way to support client projects is to integrate building warrant work and completion work into a single service.  However if clients wish to access individual elements of the service then this is easily accommodated.

The practice provides SAP and EPC work as an accredited energy assessor [OCDEA] working under the STROMA scheme.  For Air Tightness Testing the work is regulated through ATTMA [Air Tightness Testing & Measurement Association].  Membership of these schemes are frequently and striclty audited to ensure a high quality of work is being delivered to clients.
